Dear Members and Co-workers with Christ,

Instead of the regular Member and Co-worker letter this month, we are sending the first of this year’s semi-annual letters to our more than 300,000 Tomorrow’s World subscribers. You should receive that letter in the mail any day now. In that letter, we are offering a brand-new booklet written by Dr. Douglas Winnail, Biblical Principles of Health, and it could not come at a more appropriate time. As with all our literature, it will be given free of charge to all who request it, because you have made that possible.

Although we normally do not send a separate letter to you Members and Co-workers when these semi-annual letters are sent, I’m making an exception this time. I could not wait until next month to thank you and let you know how much we appreciate the way you responded to my last Member and Co-worker letter. As you may recall, I did ask those of you who are working and have enough resources if you could go a bit above and beyond to make up for those who have lost jobs or are on fixed incomes.

And WOW! Did you ever respond!

We know that not everyone is in a financial position to help in this way, but I know that many of you prayed for God to bless us and He did. We cannot emphasize enough how much the fervent prayers of a righteous man or woman mean to God, whether regarding health, finances, or other difficult life situations (James 5:16-18). God is the Possessor of heaven and earth (Genesis 14:19, 22). He owns everything and blesses His people when they put Him first in their hearts and minds. So whether through your prayers or through your financial support, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thanking you is the purpose of this letter, but since I’m writing, I might as well share some good news with you and let you know how much your support has meant to others. Mr. Richard Ames recently offered our Bible Study Course in a Tomorrow’s World telecast, and we also offered it to a select group of subscribers who have shown interest in our study course but never finished it. As of today, 12,125 people have responded to this offer. Here is a comment sent to us from R.H. in Cincinnati regarding the Bible Study Course:

Just want to say THANK YOU. A friend of mine loaned me some of your booklets. They are awesome. Very helpful. Been a Christian a very long time and I have learned new things through your booklets. You are all awesome. Thank you, again. I am on a fixed income and have wanted to take Bible study courses and couldn’t afford it.

It is still too early to have final figures, but our telecast “Why Does God Allow Pandemics?” looks as though it will bring in twice as many requests as normal. The offer for that program was a DVD titled, “God Answers His COVID-19 Critics.” Sadly, the program was censored in the United Kingdom because they did not like it. Perhaps it is because their “traditional English breakfast” includes two or three types of bacon, pork sausage, and black pudding (something that is made with blood, often pig blood, and looks like a thin hockey puck). If you were one of those who missed the program, just let us know and we will be very happy to send you the DVD that contains the program, or you can go online right now and see it at tomorrowsworld.org/telecasts/why-does-god-allow-pandemics.

One of you co-workers, C.M. from Georgia, wrote:

I love your entire team at Tomorrow’s World!! Your continued seeds of Wisdom fill my heart, mind, and soul with Truth and I appreciate all you do and share! I wish I could donate more with my auto monthly amount, but I hope it still helps with spreading God’s Word! May our Lord continue His Blessings on all of you!

It does help, C.M. Even a small amount is probably enough to pay for sending the Bible Study Course to R.H. from Cincinnati. Thank you for what you do and remember that Jesus honored the widow who gave two small copper coins more than He did those who gave out of their abundance.

We received this very enthusiastic note from G.T. who was introduced to our website through Facebook:

I went there to order the free book (and did order it) and I got lost in there for over 4 hours. The articles are fascinating and inspiring. Glad I found the site.

We are happy that G.T. found our website, as well, and we hope he will continue to explore it. There are so many fine comments that we receive, along with some from a few who are unhappy—there will always be those, as Jesus warned us: “Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for so did their fathers to the false prophets” (Luke 6:26).

But this is not the reason I decided to write to you. That reason is to thank you for clearly responding to my last letter. You are appreciated and you are making a difference. And never forget the power of prayer or the widow’s mite!

Sincerely, in Christ’s service,
Gerald E. Weston
